NDA (non-disclosure agreement)

Both parties sign non-disclosure agreement, to cover all aspects of the collaboration, but not limiting the patent right, to satisfy the best interest of the customer.

Commercial evaluation

Both parties clarify the demand, price range, planning schedule, supply time frame, packing, and quality. We will organize a dedicated team for project evaluation and provide a brief feasibility report and project plan for further discussion.

Route selection and lab synthesis approval

Our partners have the capability to design novel synthetic routes to the target molecule, helping our customers to find the most efficient, economic and environmental-friendly way to produce in multi-ton lots.

Lab samples will be synthesized and delivered to customer for evaluation and approval.

IP right

We introduced procedures to protect the commercial and technical intellectual property of both our customers and manufacturing partners.

Round Robin test and QC

Both parties perform a round robin test to align for the Method of Analysis (MOA) and fix the specification for commercial supply.

Supply agreement

After sample approval and agreement of the target price, both parties sign a long-term agreement to define the volume, price, time frame, packing, QC, and sample retaining.

In case of a substantial investment by the manufacturer, a corresponding volume commitment by the customer is required.

HSE and waste treatment solution

We organize the HAZOP and controlling procedures by working with 3rd. party experts.

All waste is treated in dedicated waste treatment facilities or delivered to certified 3rd. parties for incineration or landfill in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Scale up of production

We apply for the Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) and Safety Assessment to obtain the official approval, thus enabling the legal and fully compliant plant construction and commercial production.

Commissioning and commercial supply

We work with our partners to implement the operation procedures and the proper training before commissioning.

The first commercial delivery is accompanied by the proper MSDS, product specification, packaging specification, and loading details.

Project management

We add more value by monitoring the raw materials supply and pricing, competitors’ production and marketing activities, closely working with customers to ensure sustainable supply with continuous cost saving.
